GENERAL INFORMATION

Commissions will be delivered in PNG format and at full size. 
You are responsible for downloading the image as I clear out my sta.sh files regularly.

Subjects I am willing to manipulate include but are not limited to:
  • Equine
  • Canine 
  • Feline
  • Ursus
  • Avian

How to order:

  • When my commission status is open please send me a note claiming a slot. 
  • I will respond with my order form. 
  • On receipt of your completed form, the commission is accepted pending payment. Payment is required within seven days. If payment is not received in seven days your order will be cancelled and you will have to reapply.
  • Once I receive your payment I will send you a note as confirmation of your order.

I put an equal amount of effort into every commission. The price of each package reflects the complexity of the character’s design elements.


Reference Sheet : $35.00 USD

Sketches of (full) left and right body, head and items. Up to four information boxes.
 
  • Particularly complex designs (numerous pairs of wings, additional legs etc) are an additional $15.00.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Payment Policy

1. Payment in full is required within seven days. 
        1a. If payment is not received in seven days your order will be cancelled and you will have to reapply.
        1b. Payment plans may be negotiated. 
        1c. Please contact me before claiming a commission slot if you wish to discuss a payment plan. Payment plans have an additional $5.00 charge to cover PayPal fees.
        1d. Payment is via PayPal. Other forms of payment will not be accepted.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

2. Commissions may be cancelled at any point by the client. 
        2a. In the event of a cancellation the following refunds apply:
        - 50% if the piece is in the beginning stages. 
        - 25% after the first WIP has been approved.
        - 0% if the commission has been completed.
      2b. In the event of the commission being cancelled by me, the client will be fully refunded.

Process Policy

3. The client may not request major changes once the initial WIP of the manipulation has been approved.
        3a. The client will be sent a concept piece for the commission. Following this I will discuss ideas, requests and changes the client may wish to make. An initial WIP will be sent thereafter for the client to approve. 
        3b. At any stage of the manipulation the client should indicate design errors. 
        3c. The client may request small tweaks throughout the process.
        3d. Once the commission has been completed and received by the client any requested changes will be billed at $25/hr.

Artist and Client Rights

4. The client may not redistribute my art without my knowledge.
        4a. I retain ownership of copyright and the right to publicly use, sell and post my work without restriction. 
        4b. The client may not resell my art for profit. 
        4c. The client may not claim my art as their own. 
        4d. The character design remains copyright of the client.  

Watermark/credit

5. My credit and watermark must not be removed from the image. 
        5a. Removal of either is in direct violation of these terms and conditions and will result in both the client and image being reported. 

Design reselling

6. If the client decides to sell the design in the future my artwork may be included in the package. 
        6a. My art work may not be sold separately or individually as a design.

Right of Refusal

7. I retain the right to refuse a commission at any time. 

Request Limitations 

8. Requests that promote or feature any form of discrimination or exploitation will be refused and the client will be blacklisted: 
  • Any requests that violate Australian law.
  • Designs that feature (including stylised) symbols of militia groups, hate groups, racism, homophobia or religion.
  • Requests for images featuring pedophilia, rape, bestiality, grooming or other inappropriate themes.
  • Minor to moderate gore is acceptable. These requests will be judged on a case by case basis. 
  • Character designs based on copyright works (eg. book characters, Marvel characters, anime characters) will be refused. Inspired by is acceptable however the difference must be obvious.
